The court has stayed the arrest of the founder of PTI and his wife Bushra Bibi in the relevant cases till November 25. The court has extended the pre-arrest bail of the founder of PTI and Bushra Bibi.
The court has directed the founder of PTI to appear in the court or via video link in the next hearing. The Adiala Jail authorities have not even responded to the show cause notice, the court has adjourned the hearing on the bail applications till November 25.
Advocate Shamsa Kayani appeared in court on behalf of PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi. Cases including May 9, attempted murder, and fake receipts have been registered against the PTI founder, while a case has been registered against Bushra Bibi for allegedly submitting fake receipts.
